Adhoc creation

If you want to book a room for an exceptional event, click "AD-HOC booking".

1. Find an available room

After selecting the filters that match the appointment to book, the available rooms are displayed.

You can deselect equipment among those linked by default to the slot type.

The different equipment present in each available box is visible to make the best possible choice:

• In Grid format

2. Book the box

Then select "Book" and enter the clinician and their specialization so that the AD-HOC event is created.

If the clinician already has a booking at the chosen time, a warning dialog will ask you to confirm or not the creation of this new adhoc.
